Fundraising clarified. Your mission amplified.

Fundraising clarified. Your mission amplified.

At BGC Fundraising, we believe fundraising isn’t just about dollars raised, it’s about the ripple effect of what those dollars make possible.

We partner with nonprofits that are deeply rooted in purpose and ready to grow. Whether you’re expanding your team, launching a campaign, or simply trying to fundraise with more clarity and confidence, we’re here to be your strategic guide (and biggest cheerleader).

You don’t need to do it all yourself. And you certainly don’t need to fake it ‘til you make it. We’ll help you focus on the right things, build the right systems, and communicate your impact with heart and clarity.

Work With Us

Our Approach

We believe in spark(ly) strategy.

We don’t do cookie-cutter.

We build frameworks that fit your team, your story, and your goals. Together.

We lead with:

  • We ask good questions.

    We explore before we prescribe.

We’re open to new ways of thinking and believe curiosity keeps us sharp and adaptable.

  • We give fully, with ideas, time, and care.

Generosity is about showing up with intention.

  • We say the tough things.

We make the complicated feel simple.

And we believe that clear communication creates stronger relationships and better outcomes.

  • We lead with listening, not ego.

We’re not here to be the smartest in the room, we’re here to create smart solutions with the people doing the work.

  • We make space for wins, big and small.

We bring enthusiasm to our work and celebrate the progress our clients and team make every step of the way.

  • We foster spaces where people feel heard, respected, and safe to be themselves.

BGC is here to be your thought partner, your systems builder, your people-first strategist.

We’re in it with you, shoulder to shoulder, building something that works and lasts.

Why we started

Bailey Gordon started BGC Fundraising after spending over a decade inside nonprofits, building development programs from the inside out. She saw firsthand how often fundraising teams are overworked, under-resourced, and overwhelmed by unrealistic expectations.

She built BGC to be the partner she always wished she had, one that brings structure without rigidity, strategy without ego, and support without judgment. Since then, BGC has helped nonprofits of all sizes find clarity, build systems, and grow capacity.

Meet the Team

BGC is powered by fundraisers who’ve been in the trenches. We’re development directors, grant writers, campaign managers, and nonprofit nerds at heart.

Each of us brings experience and an empathetic approach to building growth strategies to help support your mission!

  • Founder + Fundraising Strategist

Bailey is the visionary behind BGC. She’s part strategy lead, part team coach, and part nonprofit matchmaker. As the founder, she oversees everything from business development to ensuring each client gets a personalized experience that aligns with their mission and capacity.

With over 15 years of boots-on-the-ground experience in Oklahoma’s nonprofit sector, Bailey has done it all, from scrappy solo development director to frontline major gifts officer. She brings deep insight into what actually works in fundraising, paired with the heart of a true collaborator. Her MBA sharpened her operational edge, helping clients not just dream big, but build systems and teams to sustain that vision.

What drew Bailey to fundraising? A college job at the OSU Foundation unlocked her lifelong purpose: connecting people to causes they care about.

At the core of her work is a commitment to candor with heart, offering honest guidance with warmth, wit, and respect. Outside of work, Bailey is an avid baker and needlepointer with a soft spot for musicals and a famous pup named Annie (yes, like the redhead). She also secretly knows her sports stats, don’t let the pearls fool you.

  • Head of Client Experience

Raegan is the connective tissue between BGC and the incredible organizations they serve. As Head of Client Experience, she keeps projects moving, deadlines in check, and clients feeling supported and well-tended. Whether it’s coordinating grant submissions or fine-tuning stewardship strategies, Raegan’s superpower is turning complex timelines into confident progress and she does it all with the perfect playlist in the background.

Raegan joined BGC straight out of Oklahoma State University, where she studied Strategic Communications with minors in Nonprofit Management and Marketing. Since then, she’s been in the room for BGC’s evolution from a two-person shop to a full team; so she brings not only deep institutional knowledge, but a heart for helping organizations grow with intention.

A small-town Oklahoma native (we’re talking no stoplights small), Raegan brings warmth, collaboration, and a contagious sense of curiosity to everything she touches. When she’s not on a Zoom call or grant deadline, you’ll likely find her reading, playing pickleball, cheering on her favorite sports teams, or adding to her carefully curated sneaker collection; currently capped at a “modest” 50 pairs.

  • Strategic Advisor

Sandy brings over three decades of fundraising expertise and a heart for helping nonprofits build what’s next. As Strategic Advisor, she works alongside the BGC team to assess development strategies, strengthen infrastructure, and guide organizations toward long-term growth and sustainability.

Her career spans 32+ years across higher education, medical research, and the broader nonprofit sector. With a track record of helping teams raise over $500 million for capital campaigns, endowments, and annual initiatives. Sandy doesn’t just talk strategy; she’s lived it, led it, and knows how to tailor it to fit each organization’s mission and capacity.

She’s driven by a belief in what’s possible when people come together to make Oklahoma a better place to live, learn, and thrive. Clients trust her for her honesty, integrity, and ability to cut through the noise with clarity and calm.

Off the clock, Sandy is an avid traveler and art collector who appreciates both quiet moments and bold ideas. And while she may lead with grace and confidence, most people are surprised to learn she’s an introvert at heart; proving that big impact doesn’t always need a big spotlight.

  • Strategic Storycrafter

Megan is BGC’s resident grant whisperer, turning bold ideas into funded programs that fuel real impact. As Strategic Storycrafter she bridges strategy with storytelling, crafting proposals that support the big visions of mission-driven organizations.

With over 20 years of experience in higher ed and nonprofit leadership, Megan brings a deep understanding of fundraising, strategic planning, and community engagement to every project. She’s driven by purpose and powered by collaboration. She believes the best outcomes come from blending strong relationships with smart, thoughtful work.

Outside of grant deadlines, you’ll find Megan running SwiftBrushCreations, her Etsy shop filled with playful pop-culture art (yes, she’s a proud Swiftie), or spending time with her husband, stepson, daughter, and dog, Clara Bow. Fun fact? She also co-runs a small business with her husband, because making a difference is a family affair.

Our Manifesto

We believe nonprofits deserve more than duct-taped systems and impossible expectations.

We believe in generosity, not just in mission, but in how we show up for one another.

In showing up fully, with strategy in one hand and empathy in the other.

In rolling up our sleeves, not sitting in the corner with a clipboard.

In making the work make sense.

We believe clarity is a gift.

That structure builds confidence.

That fundraising should feel like a function of your mission, not a separate fire to put out.

We are not here to hand you a plan and walk away.

We’re here to help you build your infrastructure, step by step, with heart and with purpose.

We’re here for the overextended, the high-achieving, the quietly drowning.

The teams who know they’re capable but just can’t get ahead.

We help them breathe again.

We help them focus.

We help them build something that lasts.

We are connectors.

Translators.

Steady hands.

We listen deeply.

We ask smart questions.

This is not about perfection.

This is about progress, confidence, and building capacity with intention.

We are BGC Fundraising.

We partner with nonprofits to fundraise with confidence.

And we do it with strategy, heart, and the belief that good people doing good work deserve great support.
